Join Our Dynamic Kitchen Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our award-winning team at THE PIG. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, managing one of the 4 sections, providing new ideas for the menu, and managing health and safety, ordering and rotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the kitchen
  • Manage one of the 4 kitchen sections
  • Provide new ideas for the menu
  • Manage health and safety, ordering and rotas
