Business Development Manager - Product Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with existing and new customers, assessing their needs, and proposing suitable products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the master-batch, engineering thermoplastics, polymer compounds, additives, chemicals, paints, coatings, life sciences, and industrial sales sectors
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop pricing strategies and sales plans
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers to propose suitable products and solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product-led business development in the specified sectors
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in an international environment and travel occasionally
  • Full, clean driving license
