About the Role

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our clinical development programs, you will provide programming expertise to design, conduct, reporting, interpretation, documentation, and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of clinical data standards and programming tools.
  • Collaborate with statisticians and statistical programmers to provide programming expertise.
  • Develop and maintain programming standards, processes, and tools.
  • Provide expert advice on clinical data standards and programming best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning and quantitative decision-making.
Requirements
  • BSc degree in a relevant subject such as statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, life science, or engineering.
  • Expertise in drug development and clinical data standards (CDISC).
  • Expertise in ADaM (specification writing, programming, define generation, and ADRG).
  • Expertise in analysis output programming (Tables, Figures, etc.).
  • Good collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Higher academic degree.
  • Expertise in multiple programming software such as R or Python.
  • Project management experience.

  • Ability to work independently and take own initiatives.
  • Positive, goal-oriented, and problem-solving attitude.
