We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Device Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales success by showcasing our innovative MedTech products to key stakeholders in secondary care.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior medical devices and operating theatre experience to make their mark in a dynamic and growing field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting our products to consultants, operating theatre managers, and procurement teams.
  • Manage your own territory, identify high-value opportunities, and develop strategic plans to grow our market presence.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that highlight our brand's value.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by promoting the adoption of the latest technologies and capturing market share.
  • Use data and account strategies to understand customer needs and drive sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Influential communication skills to build trust and partnerships with customers.
  • Prior medical devices sales experience and a good understanding of how theatres operate.
  • A keen interest or experience in clinical procedures and product knowledge.
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in our sales tools to effectively manage and track progress.
