Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant Job Description
This role involves working as part of a team to deliver education and care to students with Autism and complex needs. As a Learning Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, helping them to reach their full potential.
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible support and guidance. This may involve supporting students during lessons, assisting with daily routines, and contributing to the development of individualized plans.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with students with Autism and complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
Estimated Salary: £85-£100 per day based on experience
