About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and planning
  • Supporting students with complex needs
  • Maintaining a safe and organised learning environment

Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with children and young adults with Autism or similar conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations
