Research and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an R&D Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and processes, as well as managing key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the R&D team in developing and maintaining key customer relationships through detailed understanding of their processing capability, specific requirements of their markets and products.
- Create and develop new products core product range and manufacturing capability that will be commercially profitable to the business and the customer/end user.
- Generate innovative products and processes and manage implementation from concept to launch including preparing initial costings and formulating recipes for new and existing products.
- Support customers with trials, product presentations, facilitating communication with relevant departments and being the primary point of contact for all technical or customer related projects, issues or concerns.
- 3rd level education in a food related discipline ideally, with management experience.
- Experience within a similar role with an excitement / interest in cooking and experimenting with food.
- Able to manage key customer relationships and demonstrate commercial acumen.
- Able to demonstrate leadership and lead cultural change, role modelling Rich Sauces and Solina values.
