About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Hotel Chocolat. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in providing exceptional leadership to our team members, driving store sales and profit, and delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the retail team, inspiring, coaching, and developing team members to meet their performance goals.
  • Drive store sales and profit by implementing effective sales strategies, managing inventory, and maximizing commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement timely promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives to maximize in-store sales.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a seasonally busy and bespoke selling environment, preferably within a luxury brand or retailer.
  • Natural leadership qualities to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • A passion for chocolate, our brand, and delivering exceptional customer service.
