Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Horsham. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage stock control and store standards to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and KPIs
