Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing retail accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each account's needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional product lines within your assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume and market share within your portfolio.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities, including targeting potential new retail partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and product offerings.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, retail, or FMCG industry.
