About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Project Worker to join our team at White Trees Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable young people in our care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support and encourage children to progress towards their full potential, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and understanding in challenging situations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with young people, their families, and other professionals to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment, adhering to our policies and procedures, and ensuring the well-being of all young people in our care.
- Engage with our Wellbeing Services to provide access to therapeutic support, promoting the emotional and psychological well-being of our young people.
- Administer medication in line with White Trees policy and regulatory expectations, ensuring the health and safety of our young people.
- Drive company cars to transport young people to education, contact meetings, and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being during transportation.
- Provide personal care to young people who are unwell or struggling with personal hygiene, demonstrating compassion and empathy in all interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with all policies and procedures, ensuring you are familiar with how to implement them in your working practice.
- Promote, practice, and represent our company ethos, values, and expectations at all times, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
