Worship Pastor Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and prayerful Worship Pastor to lead and develop the sung worship at St Peter's, Notting Hill. This role requires enthusiasm in worship, experience of the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and a passion for Jesus Christ and His church.

About the Role

The Worship Pastor will be responsible for leading and developing the sung worship at St Peter's, Notting Hill. This includes overseeing the worship band, AV team, and other worship-related activities. The successful candidate will have a strong vision for worship and be able to inspire and equip the worship team to create a vibrant and engaging worship experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the sung worship at St Peter's, Notting Hill
  • Oversee the worship band and AV team
  • Develop and implement a vision for worship that aligns with the church's values and mission
  • Recruit, train, and equip worship team members
  • Collaborate with other church leaders to ensure a cohesive and effective worship ministry
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for worship, a deep understanding of the Holy Spirit's ministry, and a commitment to Jesus Christ and His church. You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.
