Worship Pastor Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and prayerful Worship Pastor to lead and develop the sung worship at St Peter's, Notting Hill.

About the Role

This is a key role in church life, and we are offering three different options for this Worship Pastor position, each with different hours and responsibilities.

  • Worship Pastor - Part-time (2 or 3 days a week)
  • Worship Pastor & Social Media Lead - Full-time
  • Worship Pastor & Evening Service Pastor - Full-time

The Worship Pastor will have enthusiasm in worship, experience of the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and a passion for Jesus Christ and His church.

About Our Church

St Peter's is a vibrant and growing charismatic evangelical Church of England church set in the heart of Notting Hill. We have a current church made up of approximately 180 adults and 30 children, with a regular Sunday congregation size of around 120 adults and 20 children.

We currently have services at 10.30am and 6pm on a Sunday, and our worship style is mainly contemporary, with some traditional hymns. We place a high value on freedom in our worship and love to seek God's presence and create space for the Holy Spirit to move through our worship.

Requirements

We are looking for a committed Christian with a living faith and a passion for worship. The successful candidate will have experience of leading worship and a strong understanding of the Holy Spirit's ministry.
