Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analytics & Insights Manager to lead our market research, analytics and reporting activities.

The successful candidate will oversee the design of reports and presentations in close cooperation with colleagues from various departments. They will also conduct data analysis on large datasets in SPSS and Excel, manage external partners such as international panel providers, and provide strategic advice and reporting requests to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the design of reports and presentations in close cooperation with colleagues from various departments.
  • Conducting data analysis on large datasets in SPSS and Excel.
  • Managing external partners such as international panel providers.
  • Providing strategic advice and reporting requests to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Advisory Services.

This is a full-time position that may include limited travel in Europe and the United States. Our corporate Language is English, and we like to have fun at our office – so we hope you do, too.

Requirements

The ideal person is an experienced market researcher or data analyst, who has the proven ability to generate insights from complex data structures and convey them in an understandable and compelling way to non-data savvy audiences, including C-level executives.

  • 5 years of experience in a market research function (preferably in a market research company).
  • Strong user of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong user of SPSS.
  • Experience in direct communication and service of senior client profiles.
  • Experience with working with remote teams is a strong advantage.
