**About the Role**

Amber Therapeutics is seeking a diligent and hard-working Production Supervisor to join our growing team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supervising a small team within a medical device R&D environment. Your duties will include planning and organising work, supervision and line management of the production team, routine sterilisation management, maintaining manufacturing equipment and systems, and customer repair requirement support.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Production scheduling to ensure that the required units are manufactured on time and to regulatory standards
* Material kitting, including assembling parts, materials, and tools in preparation for manufacture
* Monitoring of materials' shelf life for production and cleanroom consumables
* Product inspection and testing for all products
* Preparing, cleaning, and packing products for sterilisation
* Quality management duties, including establishing and maintaining standards for quality control, assisting with audits, monitoring team and production activities
* Developing and conducting manufacturing-related internal training and related documentation

**Requirements**

* Experience of working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
* Supervisory/management experience in a science, manufacturing, or laboratory environment is advantageous
* Experience of electro-mechanical assemblies and medical devices is beneficial
