Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the purchase ledger, including reconciliations.
- Plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Strive for a consistently high standard of ledger maintenance to ensure accurate information is available for decision-making.
- Raise and process payments for suppliers.
- Register and process invoices.
This role is suitable for someone with experience in a detail-oriented role, inputting data, and self-managing their time and workload. Good IT skills and the ability to retain information are essential. Training will be provided.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will have the opportunity to work with a big PLC company, offering a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays. The salary is £25,000 - £26,000, dependent on experience, for a full-time position. Part-time options are also available, with a salary based on pro-rata hours.
