Logistics Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Delivery Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, adhering to delivery schedules and maintaining excellent service.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are handled carefully and efficiently.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately, using your knowledge of the area to optimize delivery times.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, performing regular checks and reporting any issues to the management.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring all necessary information is recorded.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others on the road.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Good communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on providing excellent service to our customers.
- Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on meeting the needs of our customers.
