Position Overview:

As a CNC Milling Machine Setter, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating 3 and 4 axis (X Y Z & A) milling machines to manufacture high-quality components that meet precise specifications.

You will interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production, with simplified drawings created in-house for ease of setup.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up jobs according to internal setting sheets for each task.
  • Monitor production processes to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machines and production processes.
  • Possess strong knowledge of CNC programming using FANUC controls.
  • Perform mechanical setup and operation of CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines for small batch runs.
  • Measure machined parts and adjust offsets to ensure the accuracy of finished components.
