Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting the Associate Director in team management, growth, and technical delivery of complex contaminated land projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Associate Director in team management, growth, and technical delivery of complex contaminated land projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies for contaminated land projects, including site investigation, risk assessment, and remediation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects and provide technical expertise to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in contaminated land management and remediation.

Requirements:

  • Geology or Environmental Science background, ideally with an MSc.
  • 5-10 years of experience in environmental consultancy or contaminated land management.
  • Extensive site experience in ground investigation, supervision, and validation.
  • Professional experience in writing contaminated land reports, including desk studies, assessing contaminated datasets, interpretive, remedial, and risk assessments.
  • North West based with a UK driving license.
