About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Music Educator to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a Music Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering music education to students with neurodiverse needs, fostering creativity, self-expression, and a love of music.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement music education programs tailored to the needs of individual students
  • Lead classroom activities, including planning, teaching, and assessing learning
  • Monitor and record progress, both academically and against EHCP outcomes
  • Work closely with students to keep them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to direct them in effectively supporting students
Requirements
  • Patience, compassion, and resilience in working with students with neurodiverse needs
  • A genuine interest in a career focused on the education of people with a wide range of needs
  • A driving license (for transporting students to various learning settings)
