About the Role

As a Home Manager, you will be the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and will be responsible for ensuring that our home meets the highest standards of care and compliance. You will be a proven leader with a track record of success in managing a team and driving business growth. Your skills and qualities will be evident in the high standards of care that you deliver, and your ability to motivate and develop your team will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Ensure that our home meets the highest standards of care and compliance
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement
  • Motivate and develop your team to achieve their full potential
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
