About the Role

As a Home Manager at Caring Homes Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. You will be the Registered Manager with CQC and will be responsible for ensuring that our home meets the highest standards of care and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure that the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and resident satisfaction
  • Manage the home's budget and resources to ensure that we are providing the best possible care and support to our residents
  • Work closely with the Regional and Operations Directors to ensure that the home is meeting its targets and objectives

Requirements

  • Registered Manager's experience in a dementia home
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Knowledge and experience of dementia care and support
