Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant is a key member of our team, responsible for leading projects and project teams with a high level of autonomy. They will work closely with senior team members to design projects and ensure successful delivery to time and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives
  • Assess and manage project risks, escalating issues as necessary
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Engage with clients to create opportunities for new or follow-on business, and manage client expectations
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support team development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve project outcomes
Requirements
  • PhD/MSc in Health Economics, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related quantitative/qualitative field
  • Previous and proven post-graduate experience
  • Fluency in English (written/oral) essential
  • Extensive experience in health, healthcare, and medical decision problems
  • Strong numeracy skills, including data manipulation and analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Technical writing skills, including peer-reviewed publications, proposals/grants, and reports
