Trinity Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Site Managers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the West Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of Purge and Relight and Reinstatement with the Support Services Manager to ensure optimum performance in conjunction with LDP's.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to NRSWA, and be responsible for effective liaison and collaboration with Highways Authorities, Local Authorities, and other Utilities etc.
- Monitor meet and strive to exceed all business performance targets
- Manage the appropriate performance review and development of staff takes place as per PDR process
- Working closely with the Head of Delivery and Head of Programme to ensure that all projects are appropriately assessed and designed, to ensure delivery in a timely and cost effective manner
- Lead design, planning and commercial meetings to ensure business and objectives are met
- Review LDP performance on a weekly basis against defined business measures
- Monitor MI through CTRL Hub, Power BI and E20 IO intervening and giving recognition where necessary
- NCO Gas Level 3
- Streetworks – Units 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16
- SCO Level 1, 2 & 5
- Track record of delivering targets safely and fostering a performance culture
