Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating communication with clients and suppliers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage events from conception to execution
  • Coordinate communication with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure event execution meets client expectations and company standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Requirements

  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and public relations is a plus
  • Relevant certification in event management or related field
  • Car owner and full licence essential as office is remote
