Payroll & Reporting Specialist

Brite Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Reporting Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing, coordination, and completion of payroll for over 1,300 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with HR and management teams to resolve payroll-related issues
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to management, including payroll, training, governance, absence, and attrition
  • Manage statutory payments, deductions, third-party payments, and annual tax and NI calculations
  • Support HR Administration tasks and develop effective working partnerships with HR and Managers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a payroll setting
  • Working knowledge of CIPP and PAYE rules
  • Educated to GCSE level, including grades A-C in Maths and English
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong Administration skills with a strong attention to detail
  • High levels of computer literacy, including strong Excel and system experience
  • High level of customer service orientation and ability to deal with people at all levels
