Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Workshop Controller to take on a leadership role and drive business success. As Bodyshop Controller and Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Bodyshop team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
  4. Monitor and maintain tooling and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent condition and meet industry standards.
  5. Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  1. Proven experience in a leadership position within an accident repair centre.
  2. Hold a relevant qualification, such as ATA / NVQ or City & Guilds, within the field of accident and repairs.
