Bodyshop Parts Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Parts Advisor to join our independent London bodyshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support in relation to parts.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent teamwork, organisation, and flexibility skills. Dealership experience and NVQ level 3 qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support in relation to parts.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient ordering and management of parts.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
