Job Title: Legal Project Manager - Real Estate Legal Technology & LPM

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Project Manager to join our Real Estate Legal Technology & LPM team at Eversheds Sutherland. As a Legal Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving forward our LPM offering for REPG, working closely with the Senior Legal Project Manager, lawyers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex, multi-disciplinary real estate transactions, working with lawyers to deliver work on time, to budget, and meeting project requirements.
  • Assist in the specification and implementation of LPM across the firm, training REPG lawyers in LPM principles, methodology, values, and technology.
  • Collaborate with the wider network of legal project managers across Eversheds Sutherland, working closely with lawyers, clients, client relationship partners, and central Eversheds Sutherland teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in professional services, preferably in a real estate or legal project management role.
  • Prince 2 or other project management certification would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Real Estate transaction experience and understanding of law firm processes and lawyer-client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, operating at a senior level, with a demonstrable commitment to the success of REPG as a business.
  • Ability to work with core technology and legal technology, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SAP, iManage, HighQ Collaborate, DocuSign, and collaboration platforms.
