Job Title: Senior Legal Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Project Manager to join our team at Harcourt Matthews Ltd. As a Senior Legal Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing legal projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal projects across multiple practice groups, working closely with lawyers and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support the development of internal and external LPM tools and technologies.
  • Act as an ambassador for the LPM team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in legal project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
