Job Title: Multi Skilled Plumber

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join our team at a leading Housing Association maintenance division in Gloucester. As a Multi Skilled Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out 2nd fix plumbing repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Gloucester and wider region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs on tenanted and void empty properties
  • Work with a range of plumbing systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient and effective repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (Timeserved experience can be accepted)
  • Experience of working as a carpenter in the building trade either as a carpenter or as a multi-skilled carpenter
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
