Health and Safety Manager

Award-winning contractor Aldwych Consulting is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Manager to oversee various projects across the South of England. If you're passionate about health, safety, environment, and quality, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and track KPIs to enhance HSEQ performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead audits to maintain top-notch standards and ensure compliance with HSEQ legislation.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes and adapt quickly to ensure projects run smoothly and safely.
- Investigate accidents, identify causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Partner with HR to champion health-related matters and support health initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote a safe and collaborative working environment.
- NEBOSH certificate in construction
- A full UK driver's license
- CSCS card
