Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Sales Budget for Animal Health Accounts in the UK, with a commitment to achieving significant growth targets.
  • Enhancing the capabilities of sales and technical teams from our local partners through professional development and on-site visits to key accounts.
  • Providing technical assistance by addressing inquiries related to our products and biosecurity, and proposing solutions with support from our Global Animal Health Technical Support and Product Management teams.
  • Offering commercial direction, including monitoring pricing and orders in collaboration with our Customer Service team.
  • Reporting to the UKIE Global Animal Health Divisional Manager, you will collaborate to establish your action plan and sales objectives based on agreed strategies, introduce new products, and engage in strategic discussions to drive business growth.
  • Fostering and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with partners in your designated territory.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of animal production and farming, with specific expertise in either dairy production or health and nutrition.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Animal/Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition, or Bioengineering.
  • Extensive professional experience, characterized by a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time within your territory.
  • Located in central England with the ability to travel as necessary.
