Job Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantum Management Specialist to support our Recovery and Expert Witness teams at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analyses of construction projects worldwide
  • Manage claims up or down the supply chain
  • Review and assess project records to establish quantum associated with claims and/or disputes
  • Support clients, lawyers, and counsel in developing their positions
  • Assist in drafting expert witness reports for formal dispute resolution proceedings

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry
  • A degree in construction-related field or equivalent legal qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, construction contracts, and relevant laws
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Benefits:

Turner & Townsend offers a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
