Job Description: As a Social Housing Reactive Supervisor at Howells Solutions Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our social housing units.

  1. Supervise and Lead a Team: Oversee a team of maintenance technicians and contractors in responding to reactive maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  2. Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify repair and maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on housing-related matters, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements: Proven experience in social housing or property maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and renovation, excellent leadership and team management skills, proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic computer applications, understanding of health and safety regulations in housing maintenance, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
