Project Engineering Manager

Are you a seasoned engineering professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and innovative company? We're seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to join our team at Leap29 in Greater London.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-profile FEED projects valued up to £6 million.
  • Coordinate engineering deliverables, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans to win and deliver new projects.
  • Oversee Engineering Design Reviews and ensure all actions are closed out effectively.
  • Support project progress, reporting, and manage accountability alongside the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering, with Chartered status being a plus.
  • Solid experience in FEED, detailed design, and EPC projects in the Oil & Gas or Low Carbon Energy Transition sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of engineering disciplines, safety and quality procedures, and international equipment specifications and codes.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.
