Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to join our team at Movenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective event sales strategies.

About Us

Movenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is a 5-star resort located in the heart of Bintan Island, Indonesia. Our resort offers luxurious rooms, two golf courses, three lagoon swimming pools, unique dining experiences, and a vast wellness and recreation village.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze monthly financial reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage the department's budget and financial forecasts
  • Participate in management meetings to review progress towards business plan goals
  • Conduct daily briefings with the sales team on current key activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable hospitality school
  • Minimum 4 years of sales management experience or at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records
  • High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
Salary

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
