Job Title: Nursery Practitioner - Early Years Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Noah's Ark Day Nursery. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers to ensure the individual needs and interests of children are met.
  • To keep accurate records of children's development and learning journeys and share with parents and carers.
  • To ensure a high-quality provision and environment at all times, taking into account any special educational or medical needs.
  • To advise the manager or deputy of any concerns regarding the safety and development of children and the nursery environment.
  • To be involved in out-of-hours activities, such as training and staff meetings.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in childcare and development (Level 2/3).
  • Experience of working in an Early Years setting.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
  • Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.
