About the Role:

Sutton Housing Partnership is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Building Safety and Compliance Manager to lead our building safety and compliance functions. As the operational lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that we meet all our statutory and regulatory safety obligations, effectively engaging with residents, and providing assurance that they live in a safe home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement building safety and compliance best practice policies and procedures
  • Lead on the implementation of new framework contracts
  • Leverage data and systems to manage risks and compliance
  • Provide assurance to residents that they live in a safe home
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for our residents

Requirements:

  • Qualified or working towards the CIOB qualification in Building Safety, Level 6
  • Hold a NEBOSH Diploma with demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing building safety and compliance best practice policies and procedures
