We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs Team, you will play a crucial role in providing regulatory intelligence and insight to our Renewable Gas Trading and Origination Team.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and summarizing existing and emerging regulations impacting renewable gas businesses in Nordic countries. You will also be responsible for understanding interactions across the full renewable gas value chain to identify threats and opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop insights and identify opportunities to pursue, including preparing material to engage traders, commercial leaders, and other senior stakeholders. You will also represent Shell externally regarding renewables regulations and compliance with national regulators, industry bodies, and certification agencies.

We are looking for someone with a passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector. If you have experience working in a collaborative environment and are able to think creatively, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and summarize existing and emerging regulations impacting renewable gas businesses in Nordic countries
  • Understand interactions across the full renewable gas value chain to identify threats and opportunities
  • Develop insights and identify opportunities to pursue, including preparing material to engage traders, commercial leaders, and other senior stakeholders
  • Represent Shell externally regarding renewables regulations and compliance with national regulators, industry bodies, and certification agencies

Requirements:

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
