Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and create personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility/range of joints, transfer status, and balance testing.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
  • Educate and instruct clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Requirements:
  • A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
  • A minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
