We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at Potens, a national provider of health, social and education services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex physical, medical and learning needs in our residential home and supported living services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, feeding, cooking, and cleaning support to individuals in our care
- Develop and implement in-house activities, such as baking, art/crafts, and sensory experiences
- Support individuals during the evening and night, including making hot chocolate and having conversations
- Conduct night checks, reposition individuals, and complete records and reports
Requirements:
- Dedicated and passionate individual with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work flexibly and be part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of individuals in our care
