Our stores are open from early morning to late at night, so a flexible approach is essential. As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll enjoy working at a fast pace, doing a variety of tasks from preparing breakfast rolls to filling shelves.
Your RoleYour priority as a Customer Service Assistant will be to ensure our customers have a great experience every time they visit the store. This means providing friendly service, ensuring great product availability, and maintaining first-class hygiene standards. You may be required to prepare and serve various products, including raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and foods containing allergens. You'll also be on your feet for long periods of time and may need to lift, carry, and perform other tasks such as stock merchandising and cleaning.
What We're Looking ForWe're passionate about supporting, challenging, and developing people to be the best they can be. If you have enthusiasm, a passion for customer service, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. While experience in a sales or retail environment is an advantage, we're happy to provide training. Previous knowledge of food safety practices is also beneficial.
