About the Role

Mencap is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Princes Risborough. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with service users and their families.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Provide a positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
