The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with up to 6 months of experience in recruitment to join our team. As a Data Centre Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for headhunting candidates across Scandinavia & DACH regions for clients in the Data Centres market. Your key responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, negotiating with senior-level stakeholders, and flying out to win business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Degree preferred
  • Up to 6 months experience in the Recruitment industry
  • A hardworking, resilient, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ambition, self-starting ability, and a strong competitive nature
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Estimated Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
