Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the delivery of excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of our Care of the Elderly team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with experience in Care of the Elderly or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes.
