Senior Teacher for SEND Pupils

Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of SEND students? We're seeking a Qualified Teacher to join our team in North London. This is a full-time role, working with KS1 pupils on Monday-Wednesday and KS2 on Thursday and Friday.
About the Role:
- Developing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Supporting children with complex requirements, including PMLD, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH concerns.
- Fostering strong relationships with pupils to promote emotional well-being and confidence.
- Promoting inclusive practices and maximizing achievement for all pupils.
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to create a supportive learning environment.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience.
- A comprehensive training program, including a free SEND workshop and Team Teach Level 1 Training.
- A permanent contract opportunity, demonstrating our commitment to you.
- A school located in Enfield, with easy access to public transportation.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in SEN schools, where you can apply your skills effectively.
- Proven experience working with children who have SEN and SEMH concerns.
- The ability to de-escalate and support emotional regulation in pupils.
- A valid DBS registration or willingness to apply for a new one.
- A commitment to work 5 days a week and dedicate at least 12 weeks to the role.
