Care Team Lead for Early Years

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Team Lead to join our team at Partou Playdays. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in early years childcare and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the EYFS, overseeing planning and record keeping, and promoting partnership with parents, carers, and families. You will also support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with local authority departments, regulatory bodies, and other agencies.
