Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team. As a member of our Early Years department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our EYFS curriculum, creating a stimulating and inclusive environment for our 2-5-year-old students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum in a nurturing and educational setting.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and engaging learning experience for our students.
  • Develop and implement innovative educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
  • Experience in an EYFS setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to attend training and development opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary of £17,951, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
