Job Description

Niyaa People Ltd is currently looking for a Residential Management Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing housing management services and providing support to tenants.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced residential management specialist to manage housing management services, including tenancy sustainability and income management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for dealing with neighbourhood issues and providing support to tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage housing management services, including tenancy sustainability and income management
  • Deal with neighbourhood issues and provide support to tenants
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding queries and complaints

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a generic housing officer role
  • Able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to new situations
  • Proficient in dealing with income management, rent arrears, money, and benefits advice

Benefits:

  • Temporary contract until April 2025
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home
  • Start date is immediate

Essential Requirements:

  • A valid DBS check
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle
